At Autumn Sonata Co., we want you to be completely enamored with your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely back to our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
